Notification of changes to the person who maintains the register of securities holders PJSC "STLC"

Public joint stock company "State transport leasing company" (hereinafter – the "Company") hereby notifies of the termination of the Agreement no.2014/77-DVR-341 on the provision of services for maintaining the register of securities owners dated 23.06.2014 with JSC "Registrar R. O. S. T." and the approval of the company's Registrar JSC "Independent Registrar company".
Date of the Issuer's decision to replace the Registrar:

- December 21, 2016 (Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC "STLC" No. 83/2016 dated December 22, 2016)

Reason for termination of the registry agreement: in accordance with the sub-item. 2.3.1 clause 2.3. Regulations on the procedure for interaction in the transfer of documents and information that make up the system for maintaining the register of securities owners, approved by Order of the Federal financial service of Russia dated 23.12.2010 N 10-77/PZ-n (unilateral termination of the agreement) and based on the following documents:

- Notification no. 01/18-5326 dated 22.12.2016 on termination of the Agreement no. 2014/77-DVR-341 on provision of services for maintaining the register of securities owners dated 23.06.2014 on a unilateral basis;
- Agreement dated 21.06.2017 on the procedure for transferring documents and information required for maintaining the register, as part of the termination of the Contract for the provision of services for maintaining the register of securities owners No. 2014/77-DVR-341 dated 23.06.2014.

Date of termination of the agreement with JSC Registrar R. O. S. T.: June 22, 2017.
Date of conclusion of the contract for maintaining the register with JSC "Independent Registrar company": June 20, 2017
The date when the new Registrar started maintaining the register: June 23, 2017.

Notification of reorganization of the person who maintains the register of securities holders of PJSC "STLC"

Real Public joint stock company "State transport leasing company" (hereinafter – the "company") notifies that on February 04, 2019 in the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) was recorded on the termination of activity of JSC "Computershare registrator" (holder of shareholder register of the company) as a result of its reorganization in the form of joining to Joint-stock company "Computershare registrator R. O. S. T." (JSC "NRK - R. O. S. T.").

Since February 04, 2019, JSC "NRK - R. O. S. T." is the legal successor for all rights and obligations of JSC "Independent Registrar company". JSC "NRK-R. O. S. T." continues to maintain the register of owners of the Company's securities. The agreement on the provision of services for maintaining the register of registered securities holders dated 20.06.2017 (hereinafter-the "Agreement"), concluded between the Company and JSC "Independent Registrar company", remains in force and continues to operate, all the terms of the Agreement will be fulfilled in full.
